How local collection works

1. Find your cartridges. Search by cartridge number (for example HP 305 or Canon PG-540) or use our printer cartridge finder to see everything that fits your printer.
2. Choose local collection at checkout. Select Pick up and choose Cartridge King – Welwyn Garden City (AL7 1HG). Payment is taken online when you order, so there's nothing to pay when you arrive.
3. Wait for your “ready for collection” email. Orders placed during collection hours are usually ready within an hour. Orders placed after 4pm, or at the weekend, will be ready from 9am the next working day.
4. Collect from our warehouse. Come to 8 Martinfield Business Centre, AL7 1HG, between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday, with your order number or confirmation email.

We're a warehouse rather than a walk-in shop, so please order online first if you possibly can and wait for your ready-for-collection email before setting off. Need ink today?

If your printer has run dry and you're local, collection is usually the fastest way to get printing again:

• Check stock on the product page. Stock levels on our website update throughout the day. If an item shows as in stock and you order during collection hours, it's usually ready within an hour.
• What if i cannot add a product for pickup? Some of our stock is located at our secondary warehouse and will need to be ordered in for you before you can pickup. Please contact customer services for more information.  
  
• Call before you travel. If you need to be certain, ring 01707 324505 and we'll confirm your cartridges are here and ready.
• Don't set off until you've had your ready email. That's your confirmation the order has been picked and is waiting for you.
• If something's out of stock, restocking usually takes at least two working days. You can still contact us to see when your product is expected to be back in stock.

Prefer delivery?

If you can't get to Welwyn Garden City during the week, we'll post your ink to you instead:

• Free tracked Royal Mail delivery on UK orders, typically arriving in 1–3 working days.
• Royal Mail 24 for just £1 – a priority, next-working-day service (Monday to Friday). Order before 2pm on a weekday for same-day despatch. Next-day delivery is Royal Mail's service target rather than a guarantee, and orders placed after 2pm or at the weekend are despatched the next working day.

How do I find you on Martinfield?

1. From Bridge Road East, head along Swallowfields and turn left into Martinfield.
2. Drive all the way to the end of Martinfield and turn right.
3. Carry on to the end – we're the last block on the right, with two customer parking spaces right outside.

Is there parking when I collect?

Yes. We have designated customer parking right outside our unit at 8 Martinfield Business Centre, so you can park, collect your order and be on your way in minutes.

What are your collection hours?

Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm. We're not open for collections at weekends or on bank holidays.

Is local collection free?

Yes. There's no charge for collecting your order – you only pay for your cartridges.

Can I pay when I collect?

No. Payment is taken online at checkout, so your order is ready to hand over when you arrive.

Do you sell compatible or refilled cartridges?
