Politique de remboursement

All of our products come with a 1 year warranty. The date on the back of the ink cartridge is the best before date and is the manufacturer’s warranty. The one-year warranty, provided by us, is our seller warranty. Please contact us if you require more information. 

Products can be returned - unopened / as new - up to 30 days from date of order. 
Faulty products can be exchanged or refunded.
Products ordered in error will be accepted back up to 30 days from order date.
